Grazie al DECRETO-LEGGE del 16 luglio 2020, n. 76, ora per usare una radio CB o una radio PMR446 non serve più fare la dichiarazione e pagare la tassa annuale.
In pratica basta comperare una radio CB o PMR446 omologati e si possono usare liberamente.
