Under Atollic for generate the compile file with extension .exe or .hex or .bin or etc do the steps show below.
Select your project (step n.1), next press on:
Project -> Build Settings -> in the new window that appear select:
C/C++ Build -> Settings -> Tool Settings (tab) -> Other -> Output Format -> Convert Build Output -> and choose the format that you need
