TouchGFX is now an STM32 X-CUBE expansion package, including all TouchGFX software.
It integrates TouchGFX Generator in STM32CubeMX as a plugin to help developers create and streamline TouchGFX projects.

NOTE
For install the:
go in the directory where you have unzipped the package in particular go in the directory below:
…\STM32_TouchGFX\Utilities\PC_Software\TouchGFXDesigner
and run the:
TouchGFX-4.13.0.msi
