Download the STemWIN package and unzip it.
In the folder:
…\Middlewares\ST\STemWin\Software\
there is the:
GUIBuilder.exe
allow to create a layout from the STemWin widgets
and generates a “resource array” into a .C file (WindowDLG.c)
